As we are now entering a busy period for training and matches, I wanted to remind everyone of some important housekeeping rules to help keep our facilities safe, secure, and in good condition for all members:

·         WhatsApp must not be used for official team communications. ClubZap is the approved platform for all team communications. This includes checking for player availability for training and matches. This ensures that we meet our GDPR requirements.

·         For Safety and Insurance reasons non-competing U18 players must not be inside the fenced area during matches. This includes Dugouts

·         All gates must be locked at the end of training sessions and matches to prevent rabbits from accessing and damaging the playing surfaces.

·         All temporary goals must be returned to the designated storage area beside Pitch 2 and securely locked away after use.

·         Nets on Pitch 2 and flags on all pitches shall be removed and stored away under the stand as normal

·         Please ensure that dugouts are left clean and that all rubbish is removed after matches and training sessions.

·         Dressing rooms to be cleaned and swept after use. Please leave them in a tidy condition for the next team.

·         Please respect our club facilities and help maintain the high standards that everyone enjoys.
