DONAGHAMORE ASHBOURNE GAA CLUB
We have always been an integral part of the community and in the exceptional times that we find ourselves in the club has mobilised a volunteer group to help the elderly and vulnerable in our community.
Our team are all registered and follow all HSE guidelines in carrying out their collective responses to this crisis.
From day 1 our team has been delivering a wide range of services from groceries, medical supplies and fuel to the community.
We have been working closely with James from Hallinan's Centra Ashbourne @CentraIRL and with Marie from Supervalue Ashbourne @SupervalueIRL.
The management and staff are along with us dedicated to the help and support of those most in need in our community.
We at Donaghamore Ashbourne GAA are ready and willing to help our community and in conjunction with all our partners, this team of volunteers will continue to help and support the most vulnerable.
We are in contact with Ashbourne garda station to help us reach those in need of our assistance.
Our younger members are actively walking many dogs for those who cannot. We are also having socially distant chats with those in isolation to keep in touch and check in from time to time. If anybody needs help or assistance from ourselves please contact us and we would be only glad to assist you.
