As we are entering another stage of increased number of positive cases and with the age profile for new cases mainly in the younger age group. we are reminding all club members of the covid guidelines for training and games.

Please do not come to the club, training, or games if you have tested positive, awaiting the results of a test or deemed a close contact. This is the best interest of all club members.

Covid Supervisor must be present at all training sessions and Games

An attendance record must be kept for each training session and Health Questionnaire must be completed. (GAA Return to play or Club Zap return to play can be used.).

Hand Sanitiser should be user when entering and leaving the pitch. There are plenty of Hand sanitising points available.

Club Members should wear a mask if not involved with a team whilst in the club when it is busy

1 Parent per child may remain for the training session.

For Games up to 200 Spectators are allowed. Please observe social distancing when attending.

We are enjoying a spell of very warm weather so please ensure that all players have an adequate supply of water/fluids for their session. No sharing of water is allowed.

Please avoid car sharing as much as possible

Rules for training:

Do not enter the pitch until previous training has finished

Players should arrive no more than 10 minutes before training time, as per the Training Schedule.

Players should wait in the designated waiting areas and not enter the training area until requested.

Drop off points for each Pitch will be signed. Juveniles should also be collected from these drop off points.

Players should arrive togged out. (there will be no access to dressing rooms)

Players should bring their own clearly labelled water bottle and hand sanitiser.

Parents staying for the session should either remain in their cars or observe social distancing and wear a mask but not on any Pitch. Sitting in the stand whilst observing social distancing is permitted

Teams must leave the pitch at the allocated time.

Rules for Games (Both Home and away)

Do not enter the pitch until previous session/game has finished

For away Games, follow the home teams protocol. If there is no protocol, then ensure Donaghmore Ashbourne guidelines are followed as much as feasible

Arrival and Warmup prior to the game should be no more than 45 minutes before the scheduled start and in a designated area.

Keep contact with the opposition to the minimum before and after the game.

Leave the venue as soon as possible after the game.
