Friday 25th of February @ 7:00pm in the arena with Barry Teather.

Workshop will focus on developing Athletic development and strength & condition. How we progress this from Juvenile on to adult.

Friday 4th of March @ 7:00pm with Niall Williams (Coach Education Development Co-ordinator with National Camogie Association and former Kilkenny Camogie Manager).

Workshop will focus on developing skills and putting them in gamebased training.
