Barry Mullane (Gaa Coach Developer, hurling coach @Deelysport, co-owner of @coaching_active. Formly of Dublin GAA now in Tipperary GAA) is going to do a workshop on Friday 13th of May. @ 6:45pm in Don/Ash Arena. It will be a workshop how to utilise the arena walls best when training indoors. The workshop is free and open to all interested but we do ask for you to register interest so we can gauge numbers.
