A message from Friends of Ukraine Ashbourne,

Friends of Ukraine Ashbourne, alongside our local Ukrainian community are holding a Vigil and evening of reflection on Friday 24th February 2023. We will mark 1 year since the invasion of Ukraine.

We would like to invite your members to attend this non-political, peaceful community event outside the Ashbourne Library. If the weather is inclement, we will move the Vigil into the Library.

We would also like to thank you for all your support and help towards the Ukrainian families and indeed our group, throughout the last year.

Please bring a candle, and Refreshments will be provided afterwards. We also ask that you bring a teddy bear to display at the vigil (in perfect condition), which we will donate to a Ukrainian orphanage after the event.
