Saturday morning saw the welcome return of the Acorns section of our club. After weeks of preparation and with the sun shining the volunteers were ready to welcome 170 excited children onto pitch 1 for a morning of fun games, skills and enjoyment.

With the Siopa serving refreshments for the onlooking parents and the club shop open for helmets, gumshields and club gear, it was all systems go from the first whistle to the last. 

Pat, Padraig and Rebecca guided the morning along, and with smiles and laughter all round, we can’t wait for next Saturday to come quick enough. New players are always welcome so come up and find out what our great club has to offer.
